The G-BOX management software offers you the opportunity to manage your shared equipment (portable electronic devices, Tooling, Mobile terminals, Touch screen tablets, PCs, HoloLens glasses, Smartphones, etc.). You are constantly informed which equipment has been borrowed, by whom and when, its condition (new, used, unserviceable, etc.).  You can also block an item if its use-by/calibration date has passed: you will receive an email alert of this status.

The G-BOX software enables you to manage maintenance parts whilst keeping track of transactions made. Replenishment of stockout parts or parts which have reached minimum stock are two other features available. As such, you prevent production disruption whilst improving your equipment's in-service readiness.

The G-BOX software administration module lets you keep real-time track of all movements made on the vending machine as well as via the automatic email transmission of analyses which you may require. The software also allows you to create your own analyses. The data collected offers you full control over your consumption and ensures you can rationalize it.

The administrator interface lets you autonomously configure the various settings for the machine: machine access by user or user group, item datasheet modification, space reconfiguration, specific item restrictions and rationing, etc. You gain operational flexibility and ease of use.
