For over a year, HAKO FRANCE, a leader in the cleaning equipment sector, had been looking to improve working conditions for its teams and the management of its spare parts warehouse. The challenges to overcome were:

After analyzing HAKO FRANCE’s specific needs, ELECTROCLASS implemented a tailored solution, starting with the installation of a vertical carousel storage system to optimize space usage and spare parts management. Key strengths of this solution include:

  • Accessible redesign: The warehouse is divided into operator work areas and dedicated spaces for forklifts, enhancing both safety and workflow efficiency.

  • Space optimization: An obsolete mezzanine was dismantled and storage racks were reorganized, creating larger, more functional workspaces.

  • Improved lighting: Removing the mezzanine and installing the storage system brought more light into the workspace, ensuring more pleasant working conditions for order pickers.

  • Advanced technology: The ELECTROCLASS TITAN vertical carousel now stores over 5,000 references while automating the handling of the most frequent orders.

  • Stock traceability and management: With our G-STOCK WMS software, every movement is now precisely tracked, significantly reducing picking errors.

Project Results:

In May 2023, after four months of intensive work, HAKO FRANCE completed the transformation of its warehouse. The results were impressive:

  • Improved working conditions: The redesign created safer, more comfortable, and brighter workspaces for operators.
