Jumper storage tower
Optimize space and time with the Jumper storage tower!
Powerful and fast, the JUMPER storage tower optimizes your logistics flows on several levels:
- Reduced footprint (up to 90% less space occupied)
- Product security and reduced picking errors
- Improved ergonomics: the motorized platform positions items at the ideal height for the operator
- Simplified inventory management thanks to G-STOCK WMS software
- Increased productivity and picking speed
Capable of supporting up to 60 tons, the platform moves vertically between the tower's two storage volumes and extracts the drawers to position them at the consultation station, which is designed to prevent any risk of musculoskeletal disorders.

The JUMPER automated vertical storage system is the ideal solution for efficiently storing your raw materials, semi-finished products, or parts ready for shipment. A single tower with a floor space of 14 m² can offer up to 200 m² of usable storage space in height. Integrated with your ERP system via G-STOCK software, JUMPER allows you to track your inventory, batch numbers, serial numbers, expiration dates, and replenishment needs in real time. Options specific to your business (antistatic management, location indicators, weighing scales, etc.) complete a fully customizable offering.
The JUMPER is designed to accommodate heavy, irregularly shaped parts used in maintenance. Its sturdy welded structure can handle loads of up to 500 kg per tray, without requiring even distribution. Thanks to its rack-and-pinion drive system, it eliminates mechanical risks (no drive belt) and requires little maintenance.
The JUMPER tower significantly reduces your storage space while increasing your preparation capacity. Thanks to its modular trays, it adapts to all types of spare parts and allows you to prepare several hundred lines per hour. To ensure secure access, the tower is equipped with a name badge reader: users can only view the trays corresponding to their authorization level.
The JUMPER enables automated storage in a controlled atmosphere for sensitive parts (silicone, rubber, etc.). Temperature and humidity are continuously monitored, and a real-time alert informs you if tolerance thresholds are exceeded. It is the ideal solution for meeting the requirements of sensitive or regulated sectors.

A high-quality electromechanical solution for automated industrial storage
The Jumper has been designed to secure your inventory and optimize your space!
The Jumper Tower is equipped with a double rack and pinion system that allows the basket to move. There is no slack, unlike chain, cable, or belt technologies, which result in significant additional costs and operating losses due to machine downtime during maintenance and periodic changes. This technology also prevents any accidental breakage that can occur with other drive systems (chains, belts, cables, etc.). This coupling also prevents imbalances on the platforms.
Dual motorization for fast and reliable liftingThe gondola is equipped with a dual motor system with a 500 kg payload and a single motor system with a 300 kg payload, both positioned on a rack and pinion drive. This dual motor system allows the gondola to move up and down at smooth speeds thanks to frequency converters. The drawers are also pulled out by two other motors, which are also equipped with frequency converters. This means there is no jolting on the drawers and the stored items are preserved. These motors enable very short cycle times.
The tower's structureThe structure consists of posts supporting racking that can bear a total weight of 60 tons. All components of this structure are painted with oven-baked epoxy paint, offering excellent durability and a high-end finish.
Heavy-duty mechanically welded drawersThe drawers offer excellent rigidity thanks to their reinforced 110 mm crossbars, preventing any sagging. They are designed to support a useful load of 500 kg, even if it is unevenly distributed. This means you don't need to spread the load across the drawers.
PHED (High Density Polyethylene) drawer slidesLocated under the drawers, they also facilitate removal and eliminate any risk of ferrous residues inside the tower.
Particular attention has been paid to the finish and aesthetics of the Jumper lift tower. The access bay is available in epoxy or stainless steel, and the finish panels are made of textured epoxy and available in a wide range of colors.
All electrical equipment is standard industrial grade. From motors and drives to electronic cards, everything is of simple design and commercially available (easy to maintain and service). The controller is a Siemens-compatible VIPA programmable controller.
Keyboard or touchscreen controlThe Jumper Tower has an LCD touchscreen control panel. This panel offers excellent readability and allows you to call up drawers, configure settings, manage indicator lights, and configure all aspects of the machine. You can lock this panel with an access code to secure access to the Tower or to certain drawers.
Integrated safety cellsLike all ELECTROCLASS storage solutions, the Jumper vertical tower benefits from the most effective safety features. In addition to class 4 light curtains, a mechanical safety device has been added to detect any overload at the workstation.
Easy maintenance via side accessAll the automation and electrical components are located under the workstation. The rack provides maximum safety for technicians entering the machine.

The Area indicator option offers a set of configurable diodes. These are positioned in the lookup table and, via a computer, allow you to identify the exact location of the reference to be taken out. Diode spacing is 20 mm.

Jumpers can be equipped with an electric curtain which totally closes the access bay. This option is useful pour parts which must remain at constant temperature or atmosphere..

The oak table offers a high quality finish to the viewing bay.

With their 50 mm spacing, Jumper drawers are designed in galvanized sheet metal and offer the opportunity to compartmentalize a drawer. These features, linked to the area indicators are used to organize the contents of drawers optimally

The weighing scale option should be integrated whenever the load borne by the Jumper drawers needs to be monitored. The weight is displayed on the touch screen. Weighing scales may also be used with roller-led chassis for manual removal with stabilizing legs or on a trolley.

The Jumper may also be equipped with the antistatic option. Owing to its design (spars and shelves in galvanized steel), the drawers dissipate static electricity via a set of metallic brushes which grounds them. By touching the front spar of a drawer, the user will no longer be electrically charged and, as such, can handle sensitive equipment safely.

Jumpers can also be equipped with an automatic extractor. You can then use a bridge crane or a hoist to remove heavy parts from the drawers. The invisible curtain is in this case on the extractor station.

Jumpers can be equipped with a foldable manual extractor when a crane or hoist is required to extract heavy parts.

Jumpers can be equipped with double front/rear viewing. This allows two people to take references from two separate drawers at the same time. The mobile lifting platform will move to one side then to the other. This requires double identification for the references or the locations.

Jumpers can be equipped with double high/low viewing. This allows two people to take references from two separate drawers at the same time. The mobile lifting platform will move to one level then to another.
