Our After-Sales Service: a team that is 100% ELECTROCLASS!

ELECTROCLASS after-sales, which comprises 25 people including 20 technicians spread throughout the region, provides rapid response to all our customers where curative maintenance is required for our own machines as well as those of our competitors.

This proactive action is complemented by the expertise of our technicians who all average around 15 years' experience with us. This perfect business knowledge means that automated storage and secure vending machine downtime is significantly reduced.

The after-sales is also a technical support hub (Hotline) run by two technicians/automation engineers: one person is based at our head office in Bussy-St-Georges (77) whilst the other works in our production facility in Carignan (08).

The service is headed by a manager and two secretary services: Northern Europe and Southern Europe

We also take care of shipping and delivering most of our equipment using our own company truck and driver.

After-sales issues

Your machines have not had preventive maintenance for several years and you would like to check their condition. Contact our after-sales secretary here to set up a visit with one of our technicians!

You are moving premises and taking your storer with you. We look after the transfer of your machine (disassembling, shipment, reinstallation). Contact our after-sales secretary here to set up an appointment with one of our technicians for an initial on-site visit!

Our technicians are on-hand to carry out any technical action in an ever-so short timeframe on your storers which are not under ELECTROCLASS warranty or which are from a rival brand. Just contact our after-sales secretary here!

All our technicians are ELECTROCLASS employees. We do not subcontract any assembly, disassembly, audit or moving. This means we can offer you premium-quality service.

15 years: the average length of time our technicians have been working in ELECTROCLASS. This experience means we reduce intervention time and, as such, your machine downtime.

For all our machines, we propose a technical hotline to qualify and solve your issues remotely before any physical, on-site intervention.
