The TITAN carousel storer is based on an automated system of rotating trays guided around a central axis (carousel-type movement), driven by a single or dual motor. Frequency converters enable the trays to rotate smoothly and progressively. Its operation allows ergonomic access to items, even in demanding industrial environments. Used as an automated storage cabinet, the TITAN storage system allows you to:

Class 4 safety barriersWith light curtains that meet the 15095 + A1 standard, the TITAN rotary system complies with all provisions of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
Reduced machine noiseDue to its design, the operating noise of the TITAN storage cabinet does not exceed 57 dB.
Access to the plateaus using the gradient modeA manual crank allows access to the various trays in the event of degraded mode (power failure, etc.).

Options
The Area indicator option offers a set of configurable diodes. These are positioned in the lookup table and, via a computer, allow you to identify the exact location of the reference to be taken out. Diode spacing is 20 mm.
This emergency stop button is placed opposite the standard series button.
This option allows you to set the control panel to the left or the right of the machine (central keyboard removed).
The corrugated iron curtain is replaced by an electric curtain, operated by a lock-with-key system.
A button is placed at each side of the carousel, under the table, to validate the "Enter" key without having to return to the CEPAGE control panel.
Offers 2 views on the same side of the carousel. Slab height must be known in order to position the 2nd viewing bay
Carrier modules can be used to bear the load of the carousel on the wall, in the event that slabs are not very resistant. Check wall resistance before proposing this option.
We offer a wide range of different plastic bins to meet your specific storage needs.
In order to facilitate the handling of heavy products, the Titan can be provided with dedicated arrangements such as bins on rolled sections or multidirectional bearing service
Titan storers can be equipped with ventilation systems (CMV), with systems for ensuring temperature and humidity remain constant as well as a cooling unit, etc. They can also be equipped with fire detection and gas injection systems.
