The GIROCLASS vertical carousel storer is the automated system particularly well-suited for storing and securing documents/archives which command short access time.

The GIROCLASS storer works in a relatively easy way: shelves rotate at various levels initiated by single or double motorization. Frequency-drives ensure that the shelves move gradually and smoothly.

The design of the GIROCLASS automated storer means you can access all your documents very quickly. Light indicators ensure you can immediately identify where your file is stored on the automatic storer shelf: as such you increase productivity whilst ensuring your one-place centralized files are constantly available.

Would you like to adapt your premises for PRMs and disabled persons?
Special GIROCLASS design ensures PRMs and disabled persons can access all stored files. AGEFIPH (French organization promoting the employment of PRMs and disabled persons) can totally or partially finance the purchase of the automated storage solution.

The GIROCLASS automated storer is equipped with a solid oak wood lookup table which perfectly integrates your office environment
 Class 4 safety light curtains
By incorporating safety light curtains which meet the 15095 + A1 standard, the TITAN carousel storer complies with all the provisions of the Directive 2006/42/CE on machinery
  Reduced machine noise
Owing to its design, the TITAN carousel storer machine noise does not exceed 57 dB
 Access to shelves in downgraded mode
In the event of downgraded mode (power outage, etc.) a manual crank is used to access the various shelves

 Epoxy power coating
The GIROCLASS's mechanically-welded structure as well as its steel cladding panels undergo full surface treatment followed by the application of epoxy power coating. This treatment offers the GIROCLASS a high-quality finish and ensures it is built to last.
 Neon or LED lighting
The lighting proposed on the GIROCLASS storer take the environment into account as well as energy-efficiency.
 AC motor
The GIROCLASS carousel storer's AC motor reduces the servicing required for it to operate correctly. This type of motor is not subjected to friction which significantly reduces brush wear.
 Frequency-drive
This drive first of all offers incomparably-streamlined access to the shelves (no thrust impact when the shelf arrives) and, secondly, enhances the equipment's lifespan.
 Incremental encoder

 Area indicators

These are integrated in the lookup table and identify the precise storage space for the file to be consulted

 Manual crank
The crank is used to rotate the shelves manually (in the event of power outage).

 Electric curtain

Secure curtain operation via the G-DOC management software ; the electric curtain only opens when the shelf requested is in the viewing bay.

A button is placed at each side of the carousel, under the table, to validate the "Enter" key.

High and low viewing provides double viewing for two different floors through a single vertical storer

Carrier modules can be used to bear the load of the carousel on the wall, in the event that slabs are not very resistant.

 Special shelf width

Special shelf width carousel storers may be designed with special effective width to meet your needs

 Ventilation, temperature, fire protection

GIROCLASS storers can be equipped with ventilation systems (CMV), with systems for ensuring temperature and humidity remain constant as well as a cooling unit, etc. They can also be equipped with fire detection and gas injection systems.

The reader can scan your file references rapidly for all document loans and returns

 Badge reader controlling access

This reader tailors to your badging technology and offers secure access to all your documents
