Following an in-depth analysis of HAKO FRANCE’s specific needs, ELECTROCLASS implemented a tailored solution, starting with the installation of a vertical carousel storage system to maximize space and streamline spare parts management. Key features of the solution included:

  • Optimized space: Part of an outdated mezzanine was dismantled and racks were reorganized, creating larger, more functional work areas.

  • Enhanced brightness: Removing the mezzanine and installing the vertical carousel significantly improved lighting, providing more comfortable working conditions for staff.

  • Advanced technology: The ELECTROCLASS TITAN vertical carousel now accommodates more than 5,000 references while automating the processing of the most frequent orders.

  • Stock tracking and management: With our G-STOCK WMS software, every movement is now precisely tracked, minimizing order preparation errors.

Project Results

By May 2023, after four months of intensive work, HAKO FRANCE successfully completed the warehouse transformation, delivering remarkable outcomes:
